Book Keeper / Administration Officer

Civil and Scape is rapidly becoming one of Sydney’s most respected and
professional Commercial Landscape & Civil contractors. Our primary focus

relationship through the quality of our work as well as delivering iconic
projects. We are seeking an experienced Book Keeper / Administration
Officer to immediately join our team. The successful candidate will be
required to ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently while
undertaking bookkeeping duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Book Keeper and Administration Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Daily reception duties including
  • Manage incoming calls, efficiently, professionally and ensure they are directed to the appropriate individual
  • Data entry with speed and accuracy
  • Be on time and manage tasks specified
  • Liaising with Clients as required
  • Effective filing and document management
  • Updating and maintain records of invoices and other documentation
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mails, deliveries etc
  • Knowledge of Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks programs is essential
  •  Sound capability to use Microsoft Office -Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Reporting to the Director on financials, invoicing and general budget tracking
  • Assist the team in general as required

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Must have current NSW Drivers License
  • Experienced receptionist looking to further career
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention for detail and accuracy is a must
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Demonstrated experience working as a bookkeeper in a similar environment
  • Team player
