Client Relationship Manager

Civil and Scape has an opening for a dedicated and passionate Client Relationship Manager to immediately join our team. The successful candidate will be working closely with new and existing clients and managing the internal team to build on and expand the brand of the company.

The candidate must fulfill the following prerequisites to be able to apply for this position:

  • Minimum 2 years’ fulltime experience in a Sales based role
  • Familiar with Construction, Civil and Landscape industry
  • Strong business acumen
  • Highly driven individual and hungry for success
  • Ability to engage with clients and understand their needs
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Current White Card NSW
  • Current NSW drivers license


The role generally requires the candidate to proactively identify opportunities to optimize, retain and sell the business offering. Generally, tasks include:

  • Manage existing client base to secure renew relationships and secure growth
  • Assess and understand the needs of potential clients and assist in achieving their goals by leveraging our services offering
  • Identify and develop relationships with key decision makers and influencers in existing and potential clients to ensure retention and relationship stability
  • Be the primary point of contact for new clients – responsible for any client escalations
  • Proactively monitor business KPIs and ensure all avenues are exhausted to secure new pipeline of projects
  • Act as a client advocate to drive improvement across the business
  • Conduct regular business reviews using value add propositions to identify and maintain point of difference
  • Effectively manage client expectations to achieve high customer satisfaction
  • High organisational skills to ensure all documentation is kept relevant and up to date as required
  • Carry out works in accordance with CAS operating procedures, operating systems
  • Other duties as assigned by the Leadership team
